1. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp +91 8710074622. Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

No, we do not ship internationally

3. What is Jewellery Baazar Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?
In case you receive a damaged/missing/wrong item, here is what you need to do:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery the order via Email or WhatsApp.

Unboxing video is mandatory.

4. How soon will receive my order?
The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the domestic order is delivered within 3-7 working days of you placing the order.

5. What is cash on delivery payment option?
Yes, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead of the online payment option. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

6. Is there any extra charge to be incurred due to Cash on Delivery?
We do not charge any extra amount for COD service.

7. How can I be sure my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an WhatsApp notification once your order has been successfully placed. Additionally, we will inform you as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you or the warehouse, along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).
