Simple 7-Day Return & Exchange

Jewellery Baazar offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy for most products. Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, missing item or if the wrong product is delivered.

 Here's what you need to know:

  • Unboxing video: To verify product damage, missing, or a wrong item, we require an unboxing video. If the video clearly demonstrates damage or wrong item upon receipt, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
  • Replacement: You may request an exchange of the product.
  • Products must be: Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return approval: We'll review unboxing video of your return before approving a pick-up.
  • Return pick-up: Our courier partner will pick up your return within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays).
  • Refund timeframe: Once we receive your return, expect your refund within 5-7 business days (delays due to banks, holidays, etc. are beyond our control).

If your return doesn't meet our requirements, we won't be able to process your refund or exchange. We'll return the items to you at your expense, and unfortunately, won't be able to offer any reimbursement. We'll notify you within 24-48 working hours of receiving your return to let you know the status.

Exchanges

  • Online exchanges require a new order. Since our styles are popular, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure you don't miss out. You'll receive a full refund for the returned items once we receive them.

 Order Cancellations

  • Cancel before it ships! If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us WhatsApp at +91 8710074622. Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
